Free Pre-Listing Home Inspection
In a hot market, a pre-listing inspection can be used to encourage multiple offers because a relatively clean home inspection removes many objections a home buyer might have. Buyers that see the report – especially when first entering the property, feel some relief and will therefore already be in a better mindset than if no pre-listing inspection was available. This effectively can remove objections or concerns of a potential buyer.
